Dispatch
Every unit is powered on and run for ten minutes before the box closes, so kits leave in two working days. Prepaid only — UPI, card or netbanking. We do not offer cash on delivery; it is what keeps the prices where they are.

Tracking
Use your order number and the phone number you ordered with at /track. No account and no password needed. If you have an account, everything is under /account as well.
Damaged or dead on arrival
Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or a short video. We photograph every unit running on the bench before packing, so we can usually tell straight away whether it was a transit problem — and if it was, we replace it and pay the courier both ways.
What we cannot take back
- Documentation-only orders. The files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned.
- DIY kits where components have been soldered, cut or modified. Unopened DIY packs are returnable.
- Kits that have been rewired, resoldered or connected to mains.
- Change of mind after the box has been opened, where the kit works as described.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and usually appear within 5–7 working days. We will tell you the day we raise it. Refunds and credit notes are issued by WIMEDIA, the entity named on your invoice.
