Warranty

Twelve months on every Ready Kit against component failure, from the delivery date on your order. The consumer water tank unit carries twenty-four months. Your QC card carries the serial and the date — keep it.

DIY Kits

Components are covered for 30 days against arriving faulty. Once a part has been soldered or modified it is no longer covered — that is the trade you make for building it yourself, and it is why the manual asks you to test each module before assembly. If something is dead out of the packet, tell us and we replace it.

Support

WhatsApp reply within four working hours. Most problems turn out to be a supply that cannot hold current, or a sensor moved outside its stated range, and both are usually sorted in one message.

Not covered

• Physical damage, water ingress on non-sealed parts, reverse polarity.
• Anything connected to mains voltage by someone other than a licensed electrician.
• Firmware you have modified — though we will still help you get back to the shipped build.
• Consumables: tubing, adhesive, jumper wires.

How to claim

Message us with your order number and a short video of the fault. If it is covered we repair or replace it, and we pay the courier both ways.
